To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

八月十二日 (星期日)是晚架架妹有點不舒服，胃口不佳行到砵蘭街尾，見到這家號稱來自元朗的米線店，就箭步進入店舖店子小小，坐得不太舒適，但願快快完成晚餐就可回家休息店內供應的食品款式應有盡有，除了米線，還有碟頭飯更甚者，就是連盅頭飯或是煲仔飯都有供應本想吃煲仔飯的，但奈何天氣實在太熱，不太適合吃，還是留待冬天盅頭飯也有幾款選擇，點了個較為惹味的蝦乾排骨盅飯大大隻蝦乾置頂，咬落有點硬，不過咸香滿溢，挺不錯再加了幾件小小排骨，略嫌不夠惹味，對!就是欠了點豉汁味而飯亦較為軟身，不太有口感清湯底，無甚麼味道米線質地軟硬適中，挺有咬口的雞絲份量十分多，不過較嚡口配料只有蔥和豆卜，味道層次略欠還算是清清淡淡的一碗米線近來小吃菜，也點一碟蠔油生菜不過生菜不夠爽口，煮得過稔了蠔油也不夠咸香，味道較次太甜，茶味不太香濃一般貨色整體上表現一般，也沒有亮點價錢的確十分便宜，品質算是合格的，一試無妨
