認真,最近search深水埗就見到好多人係呢到斬料返去俾屋企人加餸。咁岩行開,所以決定都斬埋一份。鋪頭係西九龍條行人天橋出口,好易揾。原來除左有得斬料,仲有茶記,望入去都幾多人。燒味部就係隔離鋪。D餐牌價錢大大隻貼係門口,睇岩先入去。半隻都叫有D概念,斷斤計真係有點難搞。好彩佢都係我面前磅,覺得多左少左可以同師傅講。燒味檔當然係男人既天下。師傅幾下手勢就斬好我要既乳豬燒鵝。佢仲係咁叫我下次試埋燒腩,話燒腩都好食。個乳豬皮真係好好好脆!咁樣睇落去仲係金黃閃閃令。同酒樓食既乳豬皮唔多同,我一開頭以為佢俾錯左腩肉我。不過都係一樣咁脆!一咬就斷。而且下面層肉都係好滑好肥美!有D仲有少少軟骨咬下,好有口感。豬仔有好香既豬仔味道!呢到$100,都幾多,個人覺得唔算貴。另外因爲呀媽鍾意食燒鵝,所以買左一邊脾位俾佢!D油脂都幾多。個皮燒得好脆,仲有好香!燒完係好薄既。肉好嫩滑,食落都幾香口。不過我個人就嫌隻燒鵝肥左D,媽媽就話覺得岩岩好。咁就$200,我都係覺得乳豬抵買D要提既係,店員係咁提我回家要快d打開乳豬俾佢透氣,仲幫我meet左個孔。好貼心!
