土瓜灣因著MTR需修路,很多地方都不好找,沒有地膽帶我搵食,唯有路在口邊周圍問人找這家路邊煱。聽說他們的海鮮不錯,能在小小舊區屹立不倒,應該也有點斤量吧!
今天約了遲到Queen吃飯,預了她例遲,一到步我立即點了一些邊等邊吃的小食。八味金磚豆腐、手拍青瓜,都是開胃的餐前頭盤,有香口的有醒胃的,輕鬆消磨了半小時!今天目的是吃海鮮,當然要點招牌花甲蟹煱!真的非常足料,大大隻蟹蓋,配上很多很多的花甲。花甲多得撈極都撈不完,吃到底時還有在鍋底,真的抵食。蟹湯很鮮甜,未打邊爐之前已經急不及待喝一大碗湯,很是鮮味!大家放工都很餓,點了不少飽肚火鍋配料。手打四寶丸、肥鵝腸、鳳城水餃。我覺得手打四寶丸造得不錯,大大粒爽口彈牙,不是行貨!朋友說肥鵝腸也很出名,值得一試。而這晚的主角,一定是壯觀的招牌肥牛拼盤。有齊牛頸脊、牛胸爽、牛脷托、和牛粒、肉眼邊、金錢𦟌。我個人最喜歡牛脷托,是牛舌之中最香濃最爽脆的部份,打邊爐吃一流!都說是慕海鮮名而來,也另點了基圍蝦廣島蠔。基圍蝦確實是價廉物美,隻隻新鮮都只不過是幾十蚊,大排檔的價錢火鍋店的享受,大受歡迎呢!
吃了這麼多肉類海鮮,也追加了皇帝菜和冬瓜件清清腸胃。健
