最近天氣開始轉涼了,都是時候約一班好友出來「圍爐取暖」一下,由於我想吃羊腩煲,而朋友又想吃雞煲,所以我便在 Open Rice 找到了這間同時又有售賣羊腩煲和雞煲的餐廳了可惜餐廳提供的兩款雞煲~麻辣和胡椒豬肚朋友都不喜歡,所以最後他們轉為點了「靚煲皇」來打邊爐,而我則繼續選擇了全場最貴的羊腩煲No.1【雙冬羊腩煲】$368雖然羊腩煲索價 $368,但是羊肉的份量不算太多之餘,大部份更只是骨頭而已,換言之可以進食的羊腩肉根本少之又少...老實說不太值 $368這個價錢港式的羊腩大部份都會去掉了羊膻味,所以我便不期望有什麼膻味了,另外羊肉的肉質一點也不堅韌之餘,口感亦算細緻柔軟,細嚼慢嚥的時候,濃濃的肉汁更立即傾巢而出,香甜可口,肉汁四溢,口感豐富而飽滿,讓人口舌生香,回味無窮No.2【手切肥牛】$268雖然牛肉充滿著濃郁的牛肉味,但是肉質卻相當堅韌了無比,我需要用盡九牛二虎之力才勉強咬得開,個人覺得它這種質素並不值 $268這個價錢...No.3【羊肉片】$88餐廳的羊肉片是典型的羊肉卷,肉質都算嫩滑可口,鮮美多汁之餘,每一口更充滿著淡淡的羊膻味,咸咸的,香香的,咸香四溢,滋味非常,讓人

價錢方面,除了羊腩煲和靚煲皇外,我們再分別單點了八款食物,餐廳另外設有醬料費和加一服務費,最後五人總共 $1565,即是平均每人 $313
總結來說,這間餐廳的食物真的太昂貴了,我在 酒樓品嚐羊腩煲亦只需 $200而已,但這裡卻盛惠 $368,重點是它的食物味道與它的價錢並不成正比,而且餐廳環境亦比較差,我們是直接坐在馬路邊的露天座位進食,所以個人認為它的性價比一點也不高,以人均 $313這個價錢,我不如舒舒服服坐在牛角吃 100分鐘燒肉放題還更好...
