To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間位於北角嘅小店一直都好想食, 不過一直都唔係太就腳所以就冇去。 但見近排放假得閒就去咗同男朋友食, 嗰日星期六去到已經有六七個排緊隊跟住有兩枱客人食緊。 放返個環境先嗰度係冇室內位置全部都要露天, 而家呢都係馬路嚟嘅。 嗰日就嗌咗七樣食物分辨係擔擔麵,魚蛋,燒賣 , 生煎包,鍋貼,紅油抄手同埋小籠包。 首先講下佢個擔擔麵先去同出面上海舖頭或者四川舖頭食嗰啲好唔同佢係一啲辣都冇嘅但係佢就好重花生味如果要講佢係擔擔麵嘅話佢比較似係一份花生醬撈麵對於鍾意食花生醬嘅人嚟講個擔擔麵係十分之好食,但係對於食鍾意食擔擔麵嘅人嚟講,我覺得都係一種另外嘅體驗因為十幾蚊都真係幾平同埋都真係幾好食。跟住就講佢嘅魚蛋燒賣我覺得佢係 比普通多啲小食舖係幾好食嘅但係相對於佢其他嘅食物嚟講就有啲普通啦。佢嘅紅油抄手係咁多食物之中最辣嘅,佢入邊嘅餡都係銅鍋貼生煎包一樣都係豬肉, 當用匙羹潷嘅時候,佢嘅粉皮都唔會散曬都可以保持住一個完整嘅形狀, 我覺得呢樣係抵讚嘅。但係其實廿四蚊畀個份量都好唔錯。鍋貼同埋生煎包都係豬肉餡, 佢哋唔係即叫即整, 其中山煎包咬入去啲肉汁爆出嚟我諗可能係因為時間差嘅問題應該其他兩個係早啲
