To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日Lunch去左元氣食壽司，元氣食物出品穩定，長期保持到一定水準。三月份有極上優惠，當中試了紅鱈蟹迷你飯，盛惠二十二元正。等了一陣，迷你飯送上，外型討好， 整得幾靚。燉蛋好好食，雞蛋滑而且夠熱，我每次嚟親都一定會叫你食㗎。北寄貝沙律煙煙靭靭，食落味道好吸引。芝麻八爪魚肉質彈牙有咬口。左口裙邊壽司質素高，食物新鮮，令人一叫再叫。鰻魚手捲好抵食，食落又好味。甜品食泡芙，泡芙內外都軟，食完壽司食泡芙就係好嘅享受。
