星期六試左lunch,身材新鮮,侍應有禮貌,但可惜serve我哋嘅師傅同食客零交流。當日我同友人係食十二件嘅餐。壽司bar嘅另一位師傅會同食客介紹食材,味道,魚嘅名稱,但serve我哋同另外兩位客人嘅師傅只係冷冷咁講食材個名稱,eg:依個係xx魚。如果嗰位師傅會介紹下,我相信會令我食得更滋味。嗰位師傅亦唔係咁細心,食到第四、五件嘅時候,上菜嗰石開始多豉油漬,但師傅冇為意,去到第八、九件先抺。豉油嘅多少係會影響壽司嘅味道架嘛。仲有就係尾三到嗰件壽司個飯係好暖,甚至係熱去形容,我唔知係特登定點啦,但有啲怪。最有印象係三文魚籽同雪糕,魚籽好新鮮,雪糕嘅餐具好靚。(隻羹係花形好靚架,不過影唔到)P.S. 岩岩再睇返啲相,牡丹蝦冇蝦膏,我好肯定同隔離位嘅師傅整法唔同,隔離師傅整嗰件係有嘅...同openrice個介紹都話有蝦膏。(我食嗰件,冇蝦膏...)(openrice嘅介紹)總結味道唔差,有優惠埋單都係3百尾一個,整體唔差,希望只係某師傅一時失手。不過打消左我試夜晚嘅念頭
