肥雞比較少機會去呢啲有得飲酒食水吧同埋瞓低嘅酒吧西餐廳,今日終於去銅鑼灣登龍街朝聖一下。呢間酒吧餐廳係新開張, 所以肥雞去嗰日都比較少人, 去到侍應帶咗我去一張可以畀你成個人瞓低放鬆嘅梳化位,真心chill 去到酒吧緊咪嗌杯hoegaarden先, 上到嚟真係勁大杯, 呢88蚊抵飲。appetizer首先嗌truffle toast with parma ham,估唔到凍冰冰嘅巴哈馬火腿放入焗爐烤得香脆,啲油脂溶入沾滿黑松露醬多士, 簡直擦新肥雞嘅三觀,淡淡油香 真係超正。 再嗌多個steamed fresh blue mussel ,烤得香脆嘅多士點上 充滿酒香嘅白酒汁, 夾上一塊新鮮嘅藍青口, 又係食唔停口嘅一道小食。 主食嗌咗pan seared Australian M5 prime wagyu beef, 勁肥雞意想不到係估唔到一間酒吧可以handle一塊牛扒得咁靚, 一個字嫩同埋肉汁鮮味, 呢塊牛扒真係高水準。最後再嗌多個鮮海膽意大利粉配茴香氣泡, 新鮮嘅海膽配上香草味嘅茴香, 濃郁嘅味道系你個口入面揮之不去。 最後再飲多杯hoegaarden浪一浪口,呢餐真係心滿意足
