To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 永年車仔麵檔歷史悠久,不少人冒名而來,元朗最早期的旗艦店適逢假日總是人頭湧湧!好不熱鬧。下午茶時間有點餓,與朋友在僅餘的空間找到一張負羅邊的小枱子,在收銀台先點了一個大碗麵,非常吸引!豬腸、魚蛋、蘿蔔、豬紅、豬皮、雞翼、雞翼尖、魷魚、紅腸同生菜🥬,啲菜式多到暈呀!花多眼亂,非常豐富。職員仲會問你加不加辣,如果不食辣的朋友記著小辣也不要加!因為真的挺辣的呢。用了油麵做底,湯底全靠醬料帶出整個味道,吃完後很想再來一口,不斷地吃味道很引人入勝🤩🤩另外還有一個蝦子豬手撈麵,配上清湯,濃郁程度可以自行調配。最後叫了一個多士,$18有2件厚多士,用咖央做涵料,比一般的南洋美食專門店還要好吃,非常鬆化。最後的飲品,分別以一枝樽仔奶茶和杯熱柚子茶作結,柚子茶即刻好解辣,好有舒緩滋潤喉嚨的效果😆
