To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺石硤尾附近返工，lunch 嚟咗食碗車仔麵 -面底係$8、我加咗豬扒 $13、蘿蔔 $8 、麻辣腐皮串 　$8，再加多杯豆漿$6，總數大概$43左右真心覺得幾好味，我揀咗撈粗，可以自己揀唔同嘅汁：我揀咗蔥油撈，加辣嘅菜譜 同埋 芫荽豬扒一早已經切好，好香口一啲都唔硬，而且好入味；仲有啲蘿蔔好甜；麻辣腐皮就係一般貨色整體來講我得呢間餐廳嘅自由度好高，可以用QR code落單自己慢慢揀，其實佢仲有個set 係六個餸 $48 同埋連一杯細豆漿如果下次再肚餓啲我一定會食呢個set 😌

真心覺得幾好味，我揀咗撈粗，可以自己揀唔同嘅汁：我揀咗蔥油撈，加辣嘅菜譜 同埋 芫荽

豬扒一早已經切好，好香口一啲都唔硬，而且好入味；仲有啲蘿蔔好甜；麻辣腐皮就係一般貨色
