To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳樓頂好高，環境舒服。除左有出名既牛腩，仲有其他款麵食，咖哩飯。叫左紫菜四寶米粉($50)，牛腩幼麵($50)，炸魚皮($20)。炸魚皮跟一碗湯，估唔到碗湯好好飲，有陣藥材味。炸魚皮用袋入住，送上枱個陣就打開膠袋。所以魚皮仍然脆卜卜，而且份量都唔少。有人專登外賣炸魚皮添。幼麵麵身爽，而且牛腩仍係件狀，唔係碎牛腩。有dd牛腩連住牛脂肪，香濃牛味。配有幾件大蘿蔔，吸哂湯汁。而個湯底就充滿牛味。同炸魚皮湯底唔一樣。紫菜四寶湯底又係另一款，尼款清甜得黎，有陣紫菜味，飲完唔口渴。配料有魚片，魚皮餃，墨魚丸，豬肉丸，貢丸，仲有幾件大蘿蔔。味道ok，要食既話建議叫牛配料。整體，環境優勝，最大特點乾淨，靜靜地食唔趕人走。所以，俾多少少錢，有好食物好環境，都值得。
