To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚和朋友去開青衣，行完街打算食下壽司之後再食甜品，所以壽司我地都係食少少。軟殼蟹手卷 $22一直覺得元氣的軟殼蟹手卷係最好味的，今次覺得有點失水準，手卷來到紫菜已淋身，軟殼蟹有點油膩不太脆。肋子 $10三文魚籽淋淋地不夠新鮮，魚籽細粒無咬爆口感，少少咸味道還可以。玉米蟹柳福袋 $17腐皮包住大大粒幾抵食。海膽軍艦 $25海膽新鮮甜美幾好味沒有苦澀味，係細粒左點。燒珍寶皇帝蟹柳 $10彈牙口感燒香了幾好味。芥辣八爪魚軍艦 $14芥辣不多八爪魚軟身沒有粒粒咬口。飛魚籽軍艦 $17紫菜偏淋味道正常。
