我個人而語﹐我鍾意食豬多過牛本來睇見"慢烤"﹐就想放棄﹐怕會乾柴。咁啱見到大廚﹐佢話佢叫我放心﹐我就膽粗粗試一試。可能係因為食材好﹐烹調又得當﹐食落估唔到咁好味﹐好軟滑﹐保持內汁。大廚仲好有心思﹐伴碟嘅嗰一捌汁也是特登為怕人食滯而特製另外﹐大家記得食埋粒獨子蒜頭﹐大廚話用咗2個鐘心機整架﹐咪當係普通伴碟嘥咗呀我地係晚上嚟﹐個氣氛都好舒適浪漫﹐佢地門口有個open area, 下次一定要試吓係度食豬手飲啤酒﹐相信會有另一種感受。
