To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前排朋友仔同慶祝生日,所以就約出來食飯,朋友係樂富返工,佢話樂富新開左一間較平民化的意大利餐廳,叫itamama,佢send左條openrice link比我地睇,我見到啲食物真係唔貴喎,所以我地最後就決定食呢間。唔知係咪因為間嘢新開無耐,定係因為我地平日去食啦,餐廳入面都不算太多人,menu人面嘢食花多眼亂,我地最後揀兩個小食,分享係黑松露醬薯條同柚子蜜雞翼,主食方面就叫左黑松露忌廉煙肉寬條麵、米蘭肉醬溫泉蛋寬條麵、Parma Ham pizza,飲品方面叫左主食部份有半價,我同其中一個朋友都係揀左熱情果特飲,另一個朋友就叫熱朱古力,甜品就叫左忌廉焦糖燉蛋同咖啡燉蛋,本來想叫三個,但佢得返最後兩個,所以只係叫左兩個,好彩叫左兩個,因為都真係好飽好漏。先講下個小食先,黑松露醬薯條,啲薯條都幾好味,全身味道我覺得有少少似薯角個啲味,而且個黑松露醬鹹味和香味適中,我啲朋友有話多啲濃啲黑松露好啲,我就覺得已經ok,反而太多會似煤氣味。而柚子蜜雞翼都幾正,一來佢個隻柚子蜜唔係人地一般沖來飲的柚子蜜的味,係甜甜帶少少微酸,而佢的雞翼係炸過的,所以好香脆,唔會話加完汁之後就變淋,所以幾正。主菜方面

而柚子蜜雞翼都幾正,一來佢個隻柚子蜜唔係人地一般沖來飲的柚子蜜的味,係甜甜帶少少微酸,而佢的雞翼係炸過的,所以好香脆,唔會話加完汁之後就變淋,所以幾正。

主菜方面黑松露忌廉煙肉寬條麵都ok,忌廉仲幾夠濃,加上多洋蔥同蘑菇做配料,煙肉亦唔少,不過寬條麵就不算太入味,但整體來說都ok的。

而焗米蘭肉醬溫泉蛋寬條麵,雖然係焗粉,但係就都好多水份,唔會乾爭爭,肉醬味道屬偏淡味道,唔會太鹹太濃味,都叫ok。

Parma Ham pizza係比較意式的薄底pizza,加上意式做法,幾好味,火箭菜亦都唔少,不過缺點就係食起來比較論盡,因為個pizza轆唔係好用,要用埋刀叉協助,部分食材會飛走,切得呢啡,如果餐廳切埋會好啲。

飲品方面,我揀的係熱情果特飲,佢仲有幾款生果可以揀的,我揀左比較大路的熱情果,佢又不會太甜,味道適中,半價之後都算ok。

甜品就加18蚊一個,一個原味,一個咖啡味,咖啡味會加啲咖啡入去,所以就令成個甜品睇落高啲,我個人覺得咖啡啡比較好味,一來比較有口感,二來有咖啡的味中和本身焦糖燉蛋的甜,三來有咖啡加上cream令啲cream無咁漏。
