To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近有點倦，丈夫不在，唯有一個人去快餐店。看到餐牌有紐西蘭西冷牛扒餐，有一段時間沒再試過這份牛扒，於是就要一份，再加添一杯汽水。等了十分鐘左右，指示燈已亮起我的排名數字，取了後再坐下。先試一下酥皮周打湯，湯很熱，將酥皮推進湯中，梢等一下溫度剛剛好，湯中有蔬菜，最合我合味，只可稱味道稍淡，若再濃就更好。西冷牛扒雖用鐵板上，保持不過老，算是不錯，容易切又容易咬，黑椒汁小小辣，又香口，對女仔來講剛好。數十元的快餐店牛扒餐，味道算不錯，最合又倦，不想自己煮的情況最適合。
