To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣轉涼，紫粤軒再度推出"淥淥"無窮火窩套餐，但今年有限每日只售二十位，急不及待去訂位。今年訂價平咗，平日只係$398,可能將價就貨，花膠薄如纸，似鱈魚膠，好在個蠔汁保持水準，超好味😋主打牛肉拼盤同海鮮拼盤，雖然賣相一般般，但quality 仍是不錯的。唯獨是D丸，仍有好大進步空間，同去年一樣，唔夠弹，唔好食。雖然食物質量同我expect 嘅有D出入，（珠玉在前)😅,但埋單只$8xx,的確比去年平咗好多，加上好明顯understaff,但服務保持水準，也不能太計較。個人認為，我情願佢做番舊年價錢，比番好DD嘅食材比我囉。
