入到西貢又點可以唔食海鮮呢?近海旁幾間海鮮餐廳都食過幾次,今次就決定行入小小,試下依間西式海鮮餐廳。入面餐廳雖然沒有海景,不過依間裝修一啲都唔馬虎。高樓底再搭配金色壁畫,有種皇室宮廷感覺樓上簡約設計配上大理石和壁爐,在裝修上真是下足心機店員好熱情咁介紹了廚師推介餐單,由於即叫即整,下單大概半小時上菜。經典法式油封鴨髀 Confit De Canard 店員介紹按傳統做法,鴨髀用了四天醃製,最後將原本鴨髀滴下的鴨油用作油封。鴨髀外皮香脆,可媲美燒腩仔皮由於醃製過程逼出鴨油,切下並不像普通鴨肉有油脂流出,但裏面鴨肉保持軟嫩鹹香由於醃製令到肉味較濃,更有創意地配上泰式辣汁,搭配上更有一種奇妙味覺衝擊龍蝦燴西班牙飯 Lobster w/ Bomba Rice 龍蝦🦞時間剛好,肉質緊實香甜,經烤焗令到龍蝦膏更香,吃到完全停不下餐廳燴西班牙飯偏軟身,更多的是龍蝦及芝士香氣包裹住每啖飯,帶有淡淡黑椒香如果平時食原味海鮮較多,想食小小心機海鮮餐,真的很不錯
