平時去尖沙咀都係食韓國菜多,今次同朋友決定換下口味,食西班牙菜之前嚟過espuma食tea,覺得幾好味,價錢又ok,就決定嚟試下佢嘅晚餐~呢度裝修過,lift口繽紛嘅壁畫同店內富有色彩嘅佈置都俾人年輕嘅感覺。店內燈火通明, 相比一般光線昏暗嘅歐洲菜餐廳,呢度感覺冇咁拘謹,較輕鬆嚟得食西班牙菜梗係要食tapas啦,我哋叫咗2個tapas,焦糖單骨雞翼同黑毛豬火腿配蕃茄醬及多士。焦糖單骨雞翼($58)新鮮滾熱辣,食嘅時候要小心盪口 蜜糖雞翼就食得多,冇諗過焦糖同雞翼都可以咁夾。雞翼嘅外皮炸得香脆,配以焦糖同少量黑椒,甜味當中帶有一絲微辣,惹味非常另一個tapas係西班牙黑毛豬火腿配蕃茄醬及多士($188),order嘅時候冇諗過係咁大盤呢火箭菜嘅清新剛好減低火腿濃烈嘅咸味,而火腿肉同脂肪比例好好,食到油脂的甘香但又唔會膩。另一邊嘅小多士配上酸甜嘅蕃茄沙沙醬幾開胃~因為想留肚食甜品,所以主菜就只係叫咗一個,炸蟹拑墨魚汁燴飯($118)。墨汁飯咸咸哋,入面應該加咗d洋蔥,爽爽哋,增加口感。但食完記得要即係抺一抺嘴呢甜品就叫咗彩虹麻糬窩夫,配朱古力雪糕($78)。窩夫賣相十分吸引,口感外脆內煙靭
