To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日陪知心好友去北角買嘢，順便食 lunch, 我見食肆開揚，感覺舒服，所以我哋就揀這間午餐。午餐食物種類多，有多款選擇。我點了炸有骨豬扒配特濃番茄雜菜湯意粉。隨餐附送麵包、餐湯和飲品。此外，甜品點了焗朱古力熔岩蛋糕配雲尼拿雪糕。豬扒炸得火喉剛好，夠熱又唔濃，肉質鬆軟易嚼，水準不賴。番茄大大片，整體 ok。凍奶茶茶味可以更濃，冰太多影響味道，糖水也太多太甜。甜品美味，食落令人開心，雪糕配朱古力很吸引和美味。
