To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前有食開粥底火鍋,路經見到此店(幾乎八成相似)諗住近近地試一試😅海鮮份量袖珍、而且貝類連殼都冇洗乾淨(黑卒卒😖)蝦又細,每人2只;蟹又細又冇膏(宜家呢個時候D蟹應該勁正);說好的鮑魚又話唔靚,以象拔蚌代替😪,細仔到........;魚都係一人2件(仲要1舊肉丶1舊骨咋)我哋一行6人,好似連一條多寶魚仔都冇!到自選果5款嘢:都係大約一人2件左右!如果對食冇乜要求都可以去下!唯一係:招呼算幾好,聽到我哋話D殻黑卒卒,咪話攞返去洗乾淨D(喂,咁污糟放落D粥度,諗起都肚痛)有圖有真相:個3層架放3人份量,碗雞同豚就6人份量!
