呢日收工去左中環揾朋友食飯,星期一又攰攰地冇乜mood,就黎個快既癲拿啦!我地黎左平時lunch爆哂棚既「鳴越」,好彩夜晚唔算多人jet!我地叫左3樣野share食: 越式生牛肉河粉 ($60)有生洋蔥、蔥 、芫茜、生牛肉片,淋上熱辣辣既湯,香氣撲鼻!牛肉片就即刻熟左9成,變左生熟牛肉河,牛肉片肥瘦適中,嫩滑冇筋,份量都唔少啊,河粉都夠滑。越式香茅拼盆 ($90)有豬頸肉、豬扒、雞翼,豬頸肉好juicy,豬扒油香陣陣,好多肉汁。雞翼香茅味好出,外脆內軟。大虎蝦米紙卷($65)米紙卷入面有熟虎蝦、豬肉、生菜、香葉、花生、酸蘿蔔絲。一啖咬落去,食得出蔬菜既爽甜,豬肉既惹味,加上虎蝦既鮮味同米紙既煙韌,賞心樂事。總結黎講,我地都覺得呢間餐廳表現都好平均,味道同温度都掌握得恰到好處。座位以卡位為主,唔洗驚食食下野都要比陌生人望住,有足夠既私隱度。埋單$215,平均每人百令,合理又好味!
