To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一踏入Glasshouse,立即被花草裝潢嘅環境吸引,整個心情都鬆晒。開餐一啖清新嘅粟米湯,或者鮮嫩三文魚沙律,先至正!🥣🥗 接住嚟嘅椰香咖哩豬扒飯,咖哩香濃得嚟,豬扒嘅外皮食落脆卜卜,真係滿足到我對食物嘅質感追求。和牛漢堡肉質有啲乾,但黑松露蛋黃醬互相配合得剛好,隻薯條又係我心水嘅脆薯🍟。跟住篤身試咗啲番茄芝士羅勒薄餅,重點係嗰層皮薄到出奇,每一啖都充滿咗芝士嘅香濃同羅勒嘅清新,口感層次感十足。最後當然要嚟塊藍莓芝士餅,話你知,連蛋糕都可以做到咁綿滑,每一啖都似係漂浮喺芝士雲端之上🍰。一路飲住我嘅凍檸潤喉🍋,飽足之餘,我覺得今次嘅食物既有口感上嘅驚喜,亦都有味道上嘅層次,下次同朋友傾吓偈嘅時候,一定會再探訪。
