師傅發板使人喜歡的地方是不會知道有什麼會吃到,但這裡吃的一定是時令美食。點了彩霞料理,先來的前菜有蟹肉餅,汁煮東風螺,海老芋頭,味道不錯。再來的蟹肉茶碗蒸很足料,尤其魚籽非常鮮味。5款刺生有北海道厚岸真蠔,真鯛,深海池魚腩,西澳龍蝦刺身及日本像拔蚌刺身。蠔肉質脆口帶甜味。龍蝦刺身配上竹炭鹽,肉質夠爽口,而且很新鮮。鹽燒子持香魚,這個不得了,是時令的,魚子在口內爆發很香。再來5款款刺生有秋刀身配芽葱,伊佐木魚,拖羅,馬糞海膽及吞拿魚腦天。秋刀魚的獨特香味,在這個刺身表露無遺,配上芽葱更特出了魚肉的鮮味。拖羅的位置是近魚鮫的部分,魚肉很滑,油分適中。角螺湯,角螺很爽,湯頭甜美。6款壽司及卷物有石垣貝,金目鯛壽司,喜之次壽司,剝皮魚加剝皮魚魚干壽司及黑鯥魚壽司。剝皮魚魚干味道濃郁,味道使人難忘。鱲魚湯,大家不要錯過,通頭像奶白色一樣,味道鮮美濃郁。味道: 值得一試環境: 舒適服務: 尚可衛生: 整潔價錢: 值
