To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Dolce 88 coffee shop係酒店lobby其中一個小角,十分好彩，一入到有位~~望住彬淋種種ge cake,被其中一件Green Tea Opera吸引住了，決定order一件，飲品方面:嗌左杯Cappuccino同Dark chocolate coffeeGreen Tea Opera($48):面頭有金箔/rapeberry，入口濃濃ge綠茶香加埋朱古力底，味蕾十分滿足，配咖啡絕佳!Dark chocolate coffe-small size($38):有水準，因為dark chocolatee關係配上咖啡，令咖啡更加有層次cappuccino ($48-大size):飲左男朋友杯cappuccino一啖，一飲果然good!!!!泡打又多又細密，espresso底唔錯!!! 唔怪得係佢地ge signature咖啡la而且環境好relax坐得好舒服，可以坐上一整個下午呢
