To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

轉咗手嘅燒臘舖

今日經過一間天后嘅老牌燒臘舖，以前我都係呢間嘅常客，但係自從轉咗手失左水準之後我就少咗幫襯，啱呀冇幫襯俾多次機會佢，果然有好轉，今日下午茶時間叫咗個鴨脾豬仔骨湯瀨，個粉嘅湯底係少少味精湯底，但係食落去之後都唔係好口渴都OK，鴨髀算係咁樣，個鴨髀都幾齊整，連嗰舊陰肉都有俾埋，冇偷走到，但係啲豬仔骨就比較失望，骨多個肉，最慘就係全部都係碎骨，基本上食落口都淨係食到嗰浸味，基本上都係食唔到任何肉，五十零蚊一個鴨髀瀨，不過不失，不過豬仔骨就不建議再嘗試。
