上星期六是城軒轉了新老板後首次光顧,燒味質素keep到👍🏻。但例湯就好似比人加咗好多水咁,淡而無味。與以前出名的例湯比間直天淵之別!京都骨就似細粒嘅生炒排骨,龍蝦伊麵隻龍蝦得幾丁肉,伊麵又少又碎。甜品食咗個喊嘅楊枝金露,同waitress講,佢load咗幾秒然後話楊枝金露是這樣的(唔知佢係咪唔識聽廣東話,諗緊我哋講乜)🤣!直覺新老板是為了控制成本而犧牲食物質素。另外同啲waitress溝通有啲困難,佢哋好似唔係好follow到啲指示。如叫佢先上一部份菜,佢會即刻把把全部菜傅上枱。以前散叫菜式都會飯後都會送上糖水,而家呢樣都冇埋!唯一可取是有房間和不分時段,可以一班朋友慢慢傾計。
