To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經很久沒來光顧了，想買咖哩牛臉肉給爸爸，所以選這裡食，但熟悉的服務員話已轉了新menu，牛臉肉已經無了😓難得朋友要求食呢樣嗰樣，太好唔需要我想要食咩！招牌即燒乳豬，暖暖的，但皮跟肉是分離的，皮都脆，肉亦軟及有汁椒鹽九肚魚，這個朋友話好抵食，雖然是餐前小食，都有10多件，亦都美味，脆脆的。雞樅菌煸四季豆，正常的，豆豆跟菌是偏乾。上湯龍蝦，新鮮，味道都好，只是這次的龍蝦比較細😉雪糕楊枝金露， 柚子肉不夠多不夠香甜
