To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

月頭剛剛出糧,當然要慰勞一下自己,食返餐好的~ 在開飯仔找到這家Lab Eat,看她名列前茅,好評如潮,就馬上book位。一收工即刻向Lab Eat出發。餐廳位置未至於偏僻,但確實有一點難找。餐廳裝潢不錯,帶點昏黃的燈光,氣氛很好。可惜座位之間間隔很狹窄,沒什麼privacy。飢腸轆轆的我們,經餐廳職員推介,決定還是散點,挑選自己最想試的菜式。點餐過後,很快就為我們送上cocktail。Whisky  Sunshine這款是bartender新創的monthly cocktail,餐廳職員一送上的時候,會注入一些液態氮,很eye-catching~ 飲起身有Ginger beer, mint, 檸檬汁等,好fresh好開胃!Sparkling  Punch朋友所選的這杯sparking punch都有gimmick之處,分兩層,上面是三文魚砌成的花,下層是cocktail,一邊飲cocktail,一邊食三文魚,剛剛好,不會太甜。餐包麵包鬆軟,芝麻香撲鼻,個人喜歡蘸上黑醋食,更開胃~法式黑松露香草牛油焗田螺  Black  Truffle  Escargot混合了黑松露的法式香草牛油釀入

是日另一焦點。最近食牛食得有點多,今晚選擇了羊。Order了7成熟,較準成;羊架上每支羊鞍都有炭燒格紋,略帶油光,誘人非常。肉嫩多汁,不是很騷,香草蒜蓉汁更帶出了肉香。比較特別的是,所配的是紫薯蓉,而非一般的薯仔蓉;紫薯蓉很幼滑香甜

法式泡芙還不錯~ 焦糖燉蛋的custard夠香滑,但層黃糖鋪面不夠均勻且略多,導致火槍噴後形成的焦糖脆面略厚有所失色


全晚的服務都不錯,食物出品的速度會配合客人用餐進度,可以一邊聊天一邊慢慢細嘗出品。雖然性價比不算很高,但出品整體很不錯,餐廳還有推廣優惠,實屬鬧市一角的高質素的西餐廳~
