最喜歡去espuma, 因為佢每隔一段時間就會有新攬作, 作為走在潮流 尖端 既我 當然唔會錯過 啦,尖沙咀咖哩espuma喺厚福街, 我地被安排到餐廳靠窗嘅位置, 有一大列卡座, 都坐得幾舒服㗎。今次呢係比佢個魚蝦蟹下午tea set吸引咗,成個下午茶上枱都幾得意, 用左轉盤嚟上啲食物。 個tea set由咸點亦都有甜點:1.冬菇蘑菇蓉紅菜頭撻最鍾意個薄脆, 雖然唔係好大粒,但係睇得餐廳好有誠意用咗紅菜頭入饌去整個兜, 而且d菇菇仲多到滿瀉, 睇得又食得. 2.牛油果蝦多士卷酥皮入麵面,包著牛油果同埋蝦,一個軟嘅一個爽口嘅, 材料十足, 而且個皮又唔會食到成口油,好食就一定啦!3.雞粒伴約瑟布甸(Right)雞粒係用黑椒嚟調味嘅, 而個 約瑟布甸 麵包外層有少少似酥皮撻, 食落去係軟綿綿嘅感覺。4. 吉列蟹棒個蟹棒其實係 蟹柳 嚟嘅, 外層炸到脆卜卜, 但係啲 粉漿 又唔會太厚, 都幾得意!5. 蟹仔紫菜蛋糕隻蟹仔其實真係日本嗰啲snacks,雖然蛋糕係軟嘅, 而隻蟹仔係脆的, 估唔到佢同個蛋糕都幾夾。6. 黃金蘋果金寶有濃濃嘅肉桂味,而d crumble 焗得鬆脆但唔會過硬,蘋果煮
