這家餐廳轉型為茶餐廳後,多了很多客人幫襯。午市套餐由$56至$65不等、常餐$58起(沙嗲牛麵、雪菜肉絲麵、牛柳粒羅宋湯通粉、叉燒通粉粉 + 櫻花蝦炒蛋)今天,我倆試試他們的常餐雪菜肉絲麵。雪菜是新鮮的,味道甜甜酸酸,肉絲很新鮮嫩滑,帶點辣,算是有水準之作;櫻花蝦炒蛋多士,多士烘得剛剛好,雞蛋是炒滑蛋,不錯!這家餐廳開業時是走日式風格,有以日式咖喱、拉麵烏冬等菜式為主,價錢是中低檔,客人不多,反而轉型為茶餐廳後,稍微調低了價錢,更見吸引。
