To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前每星期食最少兩日,因為塊捲餅皮好脆又乾身,厚度足夠,食落去外脆內軟好好食,但最近轉左捲餅皮配方,又淋又濕又薄,好難食,如果因為成本問題而將質素降低,我覺得非常之差,寧願佢加價,佢咁樣直接破壞左佢既品質,永遠都唔會再幫襯,希望佢地做返好d, 可以改善品質,老實講中環區一定係品質行先,為左賺到盡去亂改配方真係唔可取,難得一間好好嘅餐廳,就咁樣比佢地破壞左,如果係特許經營但係應該考慮要收返佢個牌,咁樣完全係做壞咗個招牌
