位於旺角的拉麵店,以慢煮和牛作配料,自家熬製的特色湯底,配搭沾麵及拉麵作主打。地方不大,座位有限,繁忙時間需時等候。拉麵:生牛肉拉麵每碗麵都包含一顆溏心蛋、蔥絲及紫菜。拉麵幼身,十分掛湯。黑蒜濃湯底,蒜油香,生牛肉粉嫩柔軟,浸在熱湯一會兒已經變得熟透。另外還額外加了幾片雞肉,很豐富呢。沾麵:慢煮雞肉沾麵沾麵湯底,雞白湯濃稠,雞味突出,以石鍋端上,上枱時依然在滾。沾麵粗身,彈牙,帶點韌性,更有口感,而且更易沾上滿滿的湯汁。溏心蛋黃有流心效果。慢煮雞肉薄切,炙燒過後惹味,雞肉醃過,鹹鹹香香。
