尖沙咀有好多好食店,有好幾條街喺韓國食店專屬,其他就百花齊放,但係如果選擇一條街包含每一個種類嘅頂尖,我就會揀阿士厘道。呢間居酒屋喺呢度屹立多年,果然係日式小食嘅好選擇。🍖我覺得居酒屋嘅重點,就係慢慢坐,慢慢傾,少少少少咁食,唔同種類都試吓。前菜就先嚟一個什錦魚生沙律。角切嘅做法,當然最適合分享,而我最鍾意係入邊加咗希露魚,令到成個咬感豐富好多,脆卜卜又好爽彈。🍖然後就係必點嘅串燒,豚肉同白葱味道超夾,日本嘅蔥,特別香,特別多汁,可以引出豚肉本身油香, 豬肉亦都唔會有騷味。另一個串燒係玉子,但係其實佢裏面係有飯,歸納為壽司亦都可以,不過就妹仔大過主人婆,玉子大份到上下都係,只係中間有一啲白飯。不過就非常有實用價值,只係食玉子就會帶出軟滑口感,但係多咗少少飯,玉子嘅蛋香就全部透過白飯揮發出嚟。🍖仲有一個雞髀肉串燒,燒過嘅雞肉上面搭上濃濃嘅醬油,非常嫩滑又惹味,同烤過嘅手羽先相影成趣,雞翼嘅外皮非常脆,加埋芝麻,相信系香港人最鍾意食嘅雞翼處理方法,基本上冇得輸。🍖我哋仲叫咗赤白卷同燒茄子。赤白卷,就係外邊系燒三文魚,裏面就係帶子既飯卷,兩種都係柔軟嘅食材,加啲白飯帶出層次,輕柔舒服。燒茄子
