間唔時都要食下火鍋,冇理由成日食任食,想食下自己嗌餸同想食下辣,就會諗起渝味曉宇!餐紙介紹餐廳以及餐紙選擇每人一條圍裙醬油及茶介 $18/位店員會捧住乾辣椒、蔥、莞茜問客人需唔需要,枱面有麻油供食客自己調製,餐紙都有教點整油碟餐前糖水—雪耳紅棗糖水 免費為食辣打定個底先!味道清清甜甜重慶酥炸肉(可即食) $60/份想點個小食做頭盤食下,點左酥炸肉,之前都係食紅糖糍粑,今次試下新野~酥炸肉炸粉層比較厚,似少,調味亦唔夠,比較遜色鴛鴦鍋(重慶辣湯配蕃茄魚頭湯) $38/位都唔係第一次食(但之前好似冇寫過),今次揀鴛鴦底配未試過既蕃茄魚頭湯!重慶辣湯依然係麻、辣俱全,加上用牛油烹調,香氣撲鼻,不過之前食既肉羶味好重,今日比較輕。而蕃茄魚頭湯除左主角蕃茄、魚頭之外,仲用左莞茜去煲,湯底清香,帶頗重莞茜味,有啲媽媽煲湯既味道,唔覺得熱氣,反而覺得滋補既湯底。鮮黃喉(烚2分鐘) $99/份次次都會點,皆因好中意佢既口感,爽脆排汁,再點油碟,美味既火鍋料美國安格斯優質肥牛(烚5-10秒) $208/份點可以唔食肥牛!一大片可以分做兩片食,放入辣湯索哂辣湯既精華,肉質鮮嫰厚實,放入蕃茄魚頭湯,清清

今晚既份量岩岩好,係舒服既飽,而食完辣又唔會覺得好口乾/好涸,價錢又唔係特別貴,所以點解食辣都會諗起佢。
