To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日唔想屋企食飯，就出左黎呢度食噴火米線。可能係假期既緣故，所以人都唔算太多，好容易搵到位架。特辣米線我同媽子食左碗大既過橋米線，感覺上個湯係比以前辣好多。個麻痹既感覺係好明顯，真係好正。料同平時既都係差唔多，份量係剛剛好架。土匪雞翼都唔錯架，面頭有芝麻幾好味架。麻辣雞翼我都係鍾意呢個多一點，呢個辣之餘。個味道比土匪係濃，好味好多。凍奶茶水準依然，真係好好飲。有時黎食下都好，因為辣辣地既感覺係好正。
