To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日想頹食晚餐，所以同男友兩人揀雲桂香便宜、好味、最緊要唔使等位，仲有就係有唔同粉選擇，唔使食死一樣米線，哩個我覺得俾譚仔優勝。我嗌jor小鍋米線紅薯粉，令加豬耳，腐竹同生菜。男友嗌jor涼拌米線，天氣熱個陣最適合食，加墨魚丸、炸醬、豆卜。我地都無嗌飲品，但係雲桂香有提供飲水自助站，咁樣就可以再省一筆，埋單100有找，絕對係少收入人士既福音。同埋比較欣賞雲桂香味精味無譚仔咁重，而且俾料都重手；唯獨小菜唔夠譚仔便宜同吸引，份量亦必譚仔少好多。其中蒜泥白肉既味道真係譚仔贏。不過大家都係米線，能夠為我地窮人添福音已經非常唔錯。一定會繼續光顧！
