To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚係觀塘唔知食咩好，APM又爆哂喎，行下行下去左裕民坊，原來嗰頭都好多野食架啵，朋友見到哩間辣野就話要試下，入到去舖仔細細既，但就座無虛席喎。聽到老闆娘講野好重北方音，我諗啲野食應該好辣下🤪🤪我地嗌左四川擔擔麵，自制涼麵，涼拌莠藕片，涼拌五花肉，老闆娘問我地要咩辣，我諗都唔諗就話中辣，其實我唔係好食得辣架乍🙊🙊🙊碗擔擔麵燙口架，好鐘意食好熱既麵，同上海擔擔麵唔同既係四川擔擔麵無左麻醬既，多左一份麻辣。至於碗自制涼麵好大碗喔，不過都係唔夠涼既，辣味可以再辣啲，下次可以嗌大嗌嚕。。。至於個涼拌蓮藕不錯喔，切得夠薄，全部都可以浸到啲辣汁。。。個涼拌五花肉肥瘦適中，好怕啲五花肉好肥呀！
