To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三哥譚仔都食咗好多年了，最滿意係有得食薯粉！同啲配料都新鮮好味。不過呢排食親都好唔掂，最搞唔掂係啲辣度。每次堂食食酸辣湯粉，我都要叫中辣/小辣。叫親外賣都送漏嘢，仲要我哋自己行去拎。好記得上次叫外賣食三小辣，送到嚟成碗好油，好似食緊中辣咁，食到人胃痛肚瀉。今次叫5小辣先食番以前bb辣。好似呢碗叫咗5小辣，一樣係成碗紅色，好多辣油。真心覺得佢哋啲辣度係亂嚟另外就係份量，麵愈來愈少，都食唔番以前質素了，如果有得揀會幫襯其實麵檔，唔洗咁貴都食到好食又大碗嘅薯粉了。
