自從返咗大陸工作後,我變左個辣妹,由以前只係食到少少辣嘅湘菜,到而家無辣不歡,無論辣子雞定係火紅紅嘅麻辣火鍋,通通都係我至愛,全部要夠麻、夠辣先興奮,再咁食落去我唸我舌頭都開始麻痺了。不過食辣真係會上癮,聽聞深水埗而家好多外省菜,今日就專程去食川菜麻辣乾鍋,聽個名已經吸引到我-嫲嫲辣辣。呢度地方好細坐位唔多,好彩一早訂定位啫,唔係都唔駛旨意有位。呢度出名乾鍋,我都想試下咩嚟,真係喺大陸都未試過。個菜牌好似點車仔麵咁,點選幾款菜式,有肉、有菜、有內臟,有大中小辣可供選擇,我地初試牛刀,都係要個小辣先啦。我地點左木耳、雞件、豬大腸。一嚟到就聞到好香,見到面頭有好多辣椒乾已經好吸引。呢個干鍋用左大蔥、乾辣椒、花椒等香料,確實係炒得好惹味,而且火喉岩岩好,唔會太乾又能鎖住食物嘅味道,有少少辣又有點麻,相信好多人可以接受到魚香茄子,燒茄子淋上肉醬,送飯唔錯拍青瓜,無味,無北方菜館嘅麻油和醋香,比我自己整得還差,價錢又唔平稻草骨,味道幾香口,但覺得唔夠乾身
