雖然鍾意重口味,但本身都甚少食烤魚,今次朋友介紹呢間由名廚梁錦祥開既「祥仔辣辣」。一坐底就首先揀左魚先,佢地有鉗魚($388)、海鱸魚($488)同桂花魚($588)可以揀,今次我就試左鉗魚。除左魚之外仲有鴨血、竹笙同肥牛等等既配料可以選擇,一般都係幾十蚊一碟,都幾化算。再唔夠既仲有d餐前小菜可以開開胃先。今次我就叫左口水雞。口水雞麻辣同醬香味都夠,而且已經好貼心咁去哂骨,可以放心大啖食。如果多碗白飯就更完美。食完口水雞就到主菜,烤魚大大條成盤上,經烤製之後佢然保持到魚肉既鮮嫩同肉汁。第一次食唔敢太進取,所以湯底今次叫左少麻辣,雖然唔太辣但湯底既香料味十足。所一定要叫埋竹笙同響鈴吸哂d湯汁一齊食。另外,加湯時店員仲話我知,佢地用既,係秘製既骨膠源濃湯。女仕應該可以一邊食一邊養顏😂
