To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知點解馬鞍山永遠都咁多人,但其實好食既餐廳唔多,裝修過叫多d選擇,不過無好好醜醜都一樣大排長龍,照慣例,邊間快食邊間。於是我地係和民同茶木之間揀左茶木,除左佢等少幾張檯外,仲有佢門口張海報吸引到我,就係《我的少女時代》王大陸話過麻醬和麵一定要分開的麻醬麵喇!茶木既marketing一向都好貼市,抵佢發展得咁快!不過本座又點會咁蠢真係叫呢個麻醬和麵要分開的麻醬麵吖~其實茶木實惠又企理,我真係幫襯過唔少次!試過好多款,但佢式都間唔鐘有新野,始終未食過晒!我地今次除左兩個主食,其他都係試新野,包括有芒果梳士魚柳,黑油鴨腎同埋蒜香麻辣豬耳朵~芒果梳士魚柳,對於唔喜歡甜既我嚟講,真係估唔到佢甜到漏,基本上甜味掩蓋了芒果味,魚味就更不用說了,魚肉質亦有點鬆散,這個以茶木的品質來說,算是不合格了~黑油鴨腎,黑麻油味道非常香口,鴨腎亦腍而不老,掌握得不錯!吃了一塊便忍不住要吃第二塊了,真的惹味開胃!蒜香麻辣豬耳朵,這個蒜香的辣,非同小可,本以為台式餐廳的辣不怎麼殺傷力,誰知這個簡直是辣掉了耳朵的豬耳朵!不過卻有一種讓人追吃下去的神奇吸引力,吃得我滿頭大汗,還想吃下去,不過因為太辣最終放棄。主食點牛肉

主食點牛肉拉麵,依舊煮得很腍身,燒牛肉也很入味,保持到茶木的水準。
另外的主食雞扒妹便當(我很喜歡這樣叫它)最叫我喜愛的,當然就是茶木的招牌魯蛋了。

不過,鄰桌的老頭子不知何故死盯著我們,所以吃完便急急腳走了。
