又再試通記，今日試牛筋腩粉，牛筋好淋，有口感，牛腩就有D硬，可能煮過火了⋯湯永遠係佢嘅靈魂，唔會口渴，而D米粉煮到剛剛好，又滑又好味⋯至於不能不加佢哋嘅辣椒油，其實成日過嚟食，100%係因為佢嘅辣椒油，味道馬上提升，正！
