To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 永年,元朗無人無識。小弟住天水圍,我細個記得跟我姑長食第一次,嗰陣我仲係小學,永年仲未裝修,仲係比較簡陋,鋪位淨係枱櫈。之後佢發啦,咁多人食生意好,裝修左,以新貌示人。今日自己黎到,先order左,再入去等攞麵。記住,落order係有個次序,要講左喺度食定外賣先,唔係佢會不斷問你堂食定外賣豬腸、溏心蛋、豆卜,中辣,佢個辣汁好辣,小辣都唔惹少架,自己睇路加杯凍檸茶,解辣用首先個油麵,唔會痴埋一pat咁,煮得啱啱好,彈牙煮得過稔就一定唔合格永年最出名嘅料一定係豬腸,剪得適中,太細舊會冇咬口加上腸肥,有油份咁先香配埋個辣汁,膽固醇行埋一邊啦溏心蛋貪得意叫,其實就好普通$51,三個餸,加杯凍飲,今日今日唔貴囉,咁嘅質素可以接受
