To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我本身吾常食譚仔, 不過今日朋友提議去, 甘就聽佢意見!我知佢喜歡一碗面兩人分, 再加小食, 呢個提議不錯! 又可以試多幾款小吃!大碗米線60蚊, 湯夠濃, 豬潤不鞋, 雞肉比之前更嫩滑, 米線分量很足夠, 比收購前質素更好吃!小食點了口水豬耳, 麻辣豬脷口水豬耳夠爽口, 口水味普通, 份量OK // 麻辣豬耳, 麻辣味不多, 其實都分不到兩者分別!土匪雞翼出色, 燙咀熱, 咬落有汁, 夠惹味!!
