To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

農曆年間到尖沙咀食烤鴨，年前已到過大都烤鴨，期待。我們一行六人，要了一隻鴨，兩食選擇鴨鬆麥包，再選多款前菜、主菜及點心。鎮江餚肉味道香濃，蠔油磨菇刀功一流。烤鴨先來半隻，一碟有半隻皮？不可能吧。須知之前先比我哋睇過隻鴨，不小的喔。味道亦遜色，無鴨香，跟住再來另一半隻已沒有希望。年糕紅燒肉味道麻麻，肉質嚡肥油不融化，唔合格。小籠包無肉味，芝麻餅亦不香。食品走了樣，可惜可惜。
