天氣熱到人都吾願郁 😬索性落去酒樓吃,方便又夠近,吃完不用洗碗,而且冷氣涼浸浸,超爽🥰一元韭菜豬紅 。。。見到粉紅色牌, 咁搶眼👍😂一定是有好嘢介紹,唔好錯過,韭菜豬紅。。🍲去食潮州菜,當然不能不叫, 灑上胡椒粉,絕對惹味 豬紅有彈彈的口感,抵食😜黃金焗鮮魷🐙好像是為了吃韭菜豬紅而叫,但幸好沒有令我失望,反而相當驚喜 💁鹹蛋相當惹味,我覺得和鮮魷很搭配,用焗的方法鎖住魷魚肉汁,咬落很 juicy 又軟綿,相當正🤩鹵水鵝肝🦢潮州菜的皇牌🏅菜式,如果你常吃西式,那就改一下,試下吃中式吧😄烹調方法是絕對不同的, 潮州是用鹵水方式的, 滷得入味, 但又不會過咸,而且鵝肝的肉,仍然很軟糯,咬落軟綿綿的感覺,入口立即溶化😝香脆招牌蛋散🥨🥨🥨我個人很喜歡這裡的蛋散 👍😚因為很多地方都冇得吃這款式,今次酒楼换上新意,不用糖醬,改用了黃糖粉+練奶,很是香甜! 蛋散炸得脆卜卜,一咬即化開,美味的飯後甜品 ✅☺️
