To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今早嚟呢間食早餐，叫咗碗腩肉豬膶蕃茄湯米通粉，配熱檸茶。唔知我係唔係大鄉里，蕃茄湯居然係鹹，而唔係甜甜酸酸嘅？而佢嘅鹹係過鹹而唔係啲啲鹹，亦飲唔到酸味，只有啲啲蕃茄味。檸茶，當然要用匙羹篤啦！佢畀嗰枝真係用嚟做攪攪棍咋！除咗個湯，整體無投訴～腩片夠肉香；豬膶軟硬適中，唔會過生，亦唔會過老；蕃茄一般，無咩特別；仲有腐皮、芽菜、韮菜；米通粉都做得唔錯，夠滑得嚟唔會過腍；檸茶嘅檸檬一如以往唔苦，連飲品共$37，收貨啦！
