To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得1-2年前茶木熱潮剛掀起,大家都爭著去試,在旺角店排隊起碼要等近一小時。以為茶木熱潮已經散去,沒想到竟然在家附近開了新分店。住附近的友人說他未吃過茶木(omg),於是某天中午一齊來用餐。星期日人很多,二個人等了半個小時以上。正餐我叫了一個酥炸豬排肉燥飯,友人叫了紅燒牛肉麵。紅燒牛肉麵味道頗鹹,有些人可能會喜歡濃味一點,但我不太能接受。而且友人說麵和蘿蔔不夠軟,不知是否因為人流多所以煮得不夠久。酥炸豬排肉燥飯則很不錯,酥炸豬排 外皮酥脆,也不會吃到滿口油的感覺。油膩的肉燥加上白飯簡直是完美配搭,飯能中和肉燥的油膩感,卻不失肉燥的香味。 之前我們叫了一個士多啤梨磚,茶木必食的磚就不用多說了,旁邊的士多啤梨都是酸的。(我未試過在茶木吃到甜的士多啤梨)二人吃完正餐後再share一個麵包磚,很飽。
