To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於試到呢間海南雞飯餐廳，之前已經知道佢好出名，次次經過都好多人排隊，今次早啲去攞位，6點前好拎位食晚飯啦。終於食到佢出名嘅海南雞飯、肉骨茶飯、香脆素春卷、辣魚餅、黑醬油炒蘿蔔糕，仲飲咗 四季柑同埋美祿恐龍🦖。海南雞飯飯香海南雞好滑就算雞胸肉都唔會好乾，配上三個傳統醬汁好好味，連埋佢有豆腐花嘅湯一齊食更加好食；肉骨茶，由於佢係星加坡傳統肉骨茶，所以胡椒味好勁連埋佢出嘅油炸鬼好脆口排骨都好好味🤤；另外春卷好脆口入邊仲熱辣辣；辣魚餅都好食嘅配埋個麵包，口感都唔錯；另外黑醬炒蘿蔔糕佢有三隻蝦配埋佢啲蝦黑醬唔會好濃味唔會太鹹。
