剛在香港喺怡和大廈嘅時候已經想試下這間過江龍拉麵店,今日終於可以試晚上6:20去到,唔洗排隊,大約有18個位,我同朋友分別點鯛白湯和鯛清湯,見好少人點鯛魚薑飯,但點親既人都讚好食,所以點一個試下:鯛魚薑飯$48一碗,望落去粒粒飯都有鯛魚汁,試一啖覺得好食,好香鯛魚味,加上有少少淡淡既薑味,可一試。鯛清湯/鯛白湯望住師傅由奶白色湯底攪拌到起泡,短短幾秒完成。先飲一啖湯,好creamy既鯛魚湯底,還有薄薄既叉燒不油膩,拉麵硬軟到適中,可以一試
